You’ve probably seen this drink at Vietnamese or Thai/Lao’s restaurants, its perfect for Summer, but with the unpredictable Sydney weather you never really know when you might need a quick fix. There isn’t a real need for me to add to a millions of avocado recipes on the internet, but I’ll do it anyways since I have an avocado rolling around and I don’t want to have to put it in another sandwich.
- Ice cubes (one tray)
- 3 tbs Condensed milk
- 1 x Avocado
Time: 10 minutes
Step 2: Fill the rest of the blender up with milk under it reaches the 1L mark. Blend.
Step 3: If you find that your drink isn’t as sweet as you would like (you might have a very bitter avocado, or you might just be like me and want to completely eradicate the taste of it …), you can add more condensed milk. Blend and Serve!
